Pennhurst Mental Hospital is known for having a sordid past. From experimental procedures to allegations of abuse, it is on this grisly stage that we set the stage for a real life nightmare.

As allegations and abuse ran rampant around the hospital there was one person who had the power to put a stop to it. But the more questions are asked of Dr. Carter Shaw, the more mysteries there are to untangle.
